Discuss the different devices and how they suit a specific need.   
• Access Control Common Errors and Solutions (1-hr) 
  This is a one-hour course on errors and solutions for Access Control. This course will look at some of the installation errors made and the potential impact on the customers and the company doing the installation.
• Success in the Workplace (2-hrs)
  This two-hour online course provides students an overview of how to use soft skills, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, self-confidence, self-awareness, and negotiation tactics when dealing with individuals in the workplace, as well as with customers.
• The Industry of Fire Alarm Design (1-hr)
  This one-hour course will give you an overview of the history of fires and fire alarms, causes of fires and fire losses in residential areas, codes and standards and how they are adopted, how to read a code, and being prepared to answer questions under oath by following Olin’s Law.
• Critical Thinking (1-hr)
  This 1-hour course provides students with critical thinking skills to analyze and evaluate information to allow the greatest amount of knowledge from it.
