ESA‘s Certified Alarm Technician (CAT) Level 2 certification bundle provides you access to all of the following online courses included in this certification path in one bundled package:

• Certified Alarm Technician Level 1
• Fire Alarm Installation Methods
• Advanced Intrusion Systems

Access to the courses is sequential. Once the first class is completed, you will automatically be registered and given access to the next course in the bundle.

1. Must hold an active ESA Certified Alarm Technician (CAT) Level 1 or higher (ESA National Training School or accredited) certificate.
2. Must have 24 months of work history (proven by submitting work verification) or have held ESA Certified Alarm Technician Level 1 for 24 months or more.
3. Then complete the following additional courses of study:
   • Advanced Intrusion Systems (AIS) course, or the online equivalent, and pass the proctored multiple-choice examination
   • Fire Alarm Installation Methods (FAIM) course, or the online equivalent, and pass the proctored multiple-choice examination
4. Submit the CAT Level 2 Certification Request Form

Certification bundles allow ESA Members to save up to 10% on course fees when all required courses are purchased in advance.
