ESA’s National Training School has created the Security Technician Assessment Exams to help employers with one of the biggest challenges they face when hiring new employees. We have developed these assessments to help gauge what areas of installation fundamentals technicians are proficient in and to measure what skill level they are at.
Upon completion of the assessment, employers will receive an outcome report that will weigh the test-takers in each area as beginner, intermediate, or advanced. These reports will also show the areas of strengths and weaknesses so that managers are prepared to assign the employee training or tasks that match their skill level.
These assessments can also be used for current employees who are being considered for promotions.
The Security Technician Assessment Exams are very affordable, so you can purchase them every time you are in the process of hiring someone, evaluating your employees’ skill levels, or even considering promotions.
