These assessments help employers with one of the biggest challenges they face when hiring new employees. We have developed the NTS Online Assessments to help gauge what areas of installation fundamentals technicians are proficient in and to measure what skill level they are at.

Upon completion of the assessment, employers will receive an outcome report that will weigh the test-takers in each area as beginner, intermediate, or advanced. These reports will also show the areas of strengths and weaknesses so managers are prepared to assign the employee training or tasks that match their skill level.
