This course provides students an overview of selling commercial access control systems. When selling commercial access control systems it is important to consider the customer’s future needs. Salespeople and the customer should be speaking the same language. This course covers common mistakes when working with sales prospects and explores the product knowledge and important questions to ask when designing a system.
