This course provides students an overview of the sales presentation process for a new client. An effective sales presentation requires skill, knowledge, and enthusiasm in order to support the client in choosing the best solution to suit their needs. In this course, students will discover the definition and importance of the Presentation stage and how to handle customer objections during this stage.

What to expect in this course: The presentation includes text, audio, graphics, videos and activities to help you absorb the information presented. This course has a short quiz at the end which you will be required to pass with a 70% or greater to complete the course.
