By following the guidelines presented in this course, your safety and the safety of your client will be dramatically improved. Also, these standards of behavior will protect the property of the client. This course also covers methods to reduce false alarms. There are many components to reducing false alarms and solutions that are easy to implement. ESA recommends all those involved in the industry to learn more about reduction efforts.
