This course, followed by a short quiz, provides an overview of how to use the mathematical formulas associated with the electronic security industry. This course will cover some of the foundational principals of math that are useful when working with formulas. The course will then review the most frequently used formulas in the following: electrical spacing and slope calculations, battery calculations, camera and lens calculations, and troubleshooting. There will also be a review of common formulas, forms, and aids useful in the field.
